There are many religions that are on the menu to fit whatever need you have.
Most false religions teach your need to atone for your own wrong doing, sin etc, by performing a ritual that will be acceptable to idols.
You can never atone for your own sin. You can be deceived and labour all your life to be acceptable to a false religion idol.

I was asked by my son one time: "How can I know what to believe with so many "religions" in the world?
My answer was, false religions have a system whereby they require you to "work" you way to heaven or be good enough to be acceptable to their false doctrine.
Bottom line: If you are associated with a "religion" that is any of the above listed "religions", you are in a false religion.
All false religions or cults are conceived by satan to decieve you and lead to your eternal destruction. The 2nd Death
All false religions are based on the idea you must "work" your way to their "heaven' via their man made rituals.
This is what sets false "religions" apart from the true Word Of GOD, Jesus Christ.
Jesus teaches all that "good works" are not acceptable for your salvation.
Salvation is possible through faith in Jesus Christ only.
